Blast Resistant Doors
We have the full engineering capability to design and manufacture blast proof products that meet international standards of blast pressure safety. Testing of units is done by specialist laboratories that comply with latest standards.- Low range units: 60 PSJ (3 kn/ m²) to 2 PSI (14/kn/m²)
- Mid range units: 3 PSI (21 kn/m²) to 8 PSI (55 kn/m²)
- High range units: 9 PSI (62 kn/m²) to 50 PSI (345 kn/m²)
Standard Non Rated & Fire Rated Doors
We manufacture standard non rated and fire rated doors utilizing various cores certified to match different standards and specific requirements. These doors are certified to ISO9001:2008, BS-EN Standard, Australian Standards and North American Standards- IBC 2003 714.2.1, UL10C & NFPA80.Metal Doors and Frames
We use ASTM certified pre-galvanized metal from 0.8 to 3mm. to manufacture metal doors. Cores are strategically selected from renowned manufacturers such as Honey Comb , Honey Cell USA , Rockwool and Fujaira Rockwool Company to achieve various fire ratings, specifications and project requirements. We provide our frames knock down for assembly on-site or fully welded dressed and finished. Our doors are manufactured both with and without seam in a cleated connection system.Optional Requirements

Wooden Doors & Frames
We use only A-grade timbers as raw materials to manufacture wooden doors and frames. Our wooden doors are painted, PU coated or lime washed for specialty finishes. We select quality cores to achieve various fire ratings, specification and project requirements such as:- Sauerland – Germany – non fire rated
- Halspan – UK - 30min, 60min, 90min, 120min FRL
- TVC – Australia – from 60min up to 240min FRL
- Georgia Pacific – USA – 20min, 45min, 60min, 90min FRL
